Too often - VERY POOR SERVICE. They take your order and say its cooking within minutes of placing the order. THEN it never arrives!!! They shouldn't offer delivery service if they haven't got drivers to deliver it. I REALLY must find a more reliable takeaway ;-(

first time ordered from here, recently moved into the area. the food was ok didn't taste like other chinese that i order from. (i except some differences with different chefs). very disappointed that i didn't get free prawn crackers with my food that was over £12. which you get everywhere else. will probably order from normal chinese in future.

Pre ordered for delivery at 550. Arrived at 510. My husband and children were on a walk and when they returned the food was cold and had to be reheated. Not impressed it was so early.

We order on average twice a week but tonight's meal was a let down. I ordered beaf, mushroom and fried rice and received beef fried rice. To top it all it was cold when delivered. What on earth went wrong I usually sing your praises to all friends and neighbours but on this occasion the meal was extremely dissapointing. Kids meal you cant add to basket without pressing a sauce option thought the sauce would come in a little tub not all over the kids meal which they wont eat now waste of money!

Track your order is useless unless it is a live update. Having a countdown clock that just goes to 00.00 when your delivery is late is pointless. Do what others do and update the eta of delivery depending on the actual situation.
